Our solid roof is constructed of structurally graded timbers which is fully insulated using THERMALINE plasterboards and ECOVERSAL solid board insulation which when applied together gives outstanding thermal efficiency to ours conservatory roofs.
What We Recommend
Our recommendation for tiles are METROTILE and we can offer TAPCO SLATE as an alternative. Together with PVCU DURO roof windows our system is a sleek and natural looking addition to any conservatory. Our solid roof can also come with a structural report from our architect to prove it is truly a solid roof that is suitable for purpose under the harshest of conditions. This will also satisfy the requirements of any mortgage lender should you wish to sell your house. LABC or building control certification are not required as all conservatories are exempt.
