We are delighted with the new porch that Neil and Drew have built for us. It looks fantastic inside and out, and looks like a natural extension of our house. Throughout the job, from initial consultation to completion, Neil was professional and friendly, and kept us updated on a daily basis of their progress. They would also ensure everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. I recently contacted Neil ref an issue with mum & dad’s conservatory roof which has been on going for well over a year and in that time we had called out numerous companies (roofers, those whose sole focus is conservatories, guttering specialist & a builder, just in case it was a structural issue) to come and advise and all went away having scratch their heads giving what ‘they think’ may be the issue, all of which unfortunately didn’t work. Then Neil came, on the first visit he identified what he confidently believed was the issue & then proceeded to return promptly to carry out the agreed work and fix it! He was professional, friendly, clearly knowledgeable & 100% honest about the whole job, including pricing, timings & follow-up actions. We would highly recommend this company. We have just had a replacement conservatory roof done including internal plastering. The price was competitive and we are really pleased with the result. Both Neil and Drew were very professional, knowledgeable and hardworking, making the transformation seem effortless. Paying particular attention when finishing off to make sure everything was to their high standard. Very efficient and tidy, leaving everywhere spotless when completed. The plastering contractors also did a great job. They all take pride in their work and it shows. We are very pleased with the quality of the materials used and the workmanship. Neil and Drew converted my conservatory roof and they did an amazing job. You wouldn't even think it was the same conservatory. Their attention to detail is amazing. The guys did a great job replacing a polycarbonate roof and frame with insulated glass. They are very professional, polite and tidy. They arrived on time as agreed and the installation process was stress free. Looks and performance improvements in the conservatory are apparent right immediately. We recently had our old conservatory roof replaced by Neil and Drew. They really did a great job,  working quickly, efficiently and also tidily. Now have a lovely glass roof as well as downward internal spotlights around the permiter of the conservatory replacing the rather outdated light and ceiling fan we'd inherited several years ago on purchasing the property.
